Digital smile planning for results that suit your face
We start with the smile you want and work back from there. Digital smile design helps us plan treatment with more accuracy, so you can see the direction before anything starts. That is useful for cosmetic work, implant cases and orthodontic planning, because small changes in tooth position, shape and bite can make a real difference to comfort and appearance.
Our approach is practical. We assess your teeth, gums, bite and facial balance, then talk through what can be improved now and what should be staged over time. For some patients that means whitening, bonding or contouring. For others it may include crowns, aligners, implant planning or a combination of treatments. We do not rush that conversation. Good dental work should be measured, clear and suited to the person in the chair.

Care for adults, families and people who need help quickly
Our patients come in for all sorts of reasons. Some want a first consultation after years of putting things off. Others are dealing with pain, a broken tooth or swelling and need emergency dentistry without delay. We also see families who prefer one practice for regular check-ups, cleanings and advice on keeping teeth in good condition through school sports, busy work weeks and life in Johannesburg.
Because every mouth is different, we take time to explain the next step in plain language. You will know what is urgent, what can wait and what the likely cost range looks like. That matters when people are balancing medical aid cover, private payment or phased treatment. We also help patients understand follow-up visits, home care and when to return if something feels wrong. It is easier to stay ahead of problems than fix them later and that saves time and money.
- New patient consults with clear treatment advice
- Family dentistry for ongoing care
- Preventive care to reduce future problems
- Emergency dentistry for pain, broken teeth and swelling
How we work from first visit to aftercare
A dental visit should feel organised, not confusing. We begin with an exam and the right images or scans for the case at hand. From there, the dentist explains your options, the likely sequence and what you can expect in the chair. If sedation is appropriate, we discuss that too, including the safety checks and the day of treatment plan. We are careful about comfort because many people arrive nervous after a bad experience somewhere else.
Once treatment starts, we keep the steps clear. Our digital imaging coordinator helps capture and store records properly, which is important for comparing progress over time. The practice manager also helps with scheduling and payment guidance so you are not left guessing. After treatment, we do follow-ups where needed, especially for implants, orthodontic cases and larger cosmetic work. A strong result is not only about the day of treatment, it is also about how the mouth settles afterwards.
